Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately send the correct order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as make-up). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for something different, please contact our after-sales team at info@amazool.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that for exchanges, there are two important conditions:

  1. The item you wish to exchange must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
  2. The value of the new order should be equal or greater to the total value of the item(s) being exchanged.

Additionally, a $4 delivery charge will apply to cover the delivery costs of your new order.
